We worked with the leadership team to develop a process to conduct investigations and possible next steps, depending on the information learned in the investigations. We coached leadership through how to conduct interviews and make decisions about what to do as a result of the information they learned.

RESULT

Among other actions, the leadership team interviewed each team member who participated in the walk-out to understand what drove them to leave. After interviews, leadership had a better understanding of different things that were happening within the team so that they could address issues going forward.
