Molly started her career in public accounting (PwC) and corporate finance (DSW) before moving into the strategic HR consulting and talent management space several years ago. Even when her roles were focused on the numbers, she was always involved in initiatives that supported growth and development of team members, which led to her morphing into “the people” side of business.

Katie Russ

HR Practice Leader

Katie leads our HR outsourcing and consulting practice, and oversees our team of HR staff. With prior experience in small business HR at a construction company and  recruiting at an executive search firm, Katie’s expertise proves valuable for our fast-growing clients. Katie enjoys helping our clients find innovative ways for their teams to grow and develop.
