Healthcare organization going through rapid growth needed ad hoc HR support because the HR Generalist was going out on an extended leave of absence. Eventually, accounting contact left the organization, leaving a gap in payroll processing.

- Learn the HR Generalist’s role in a short time-frame.
- Take over payroll for an organization with 100+ employees.
- Create new processes and procedures to effectively assist with hiring, offboarding, FMLA administration, and payroll.

- Cross-trained with the HR Generalist and Accountant prior to their leaves to ensure familiarity with their processes.
- Created new procedures for payroll to ensure accuracy and help streamline the process.
- Assisted organization with onboarding ~100 new employees in the last two years.
- Digitized all employee files to ensure all relevant parties had access to employee documents.
